   • Payment information, where applicable. Complete card details are normally processed by payment service providers and are not stored directly by Heiwit unless expressly stated;
   • Information about photovoltaic systems, batteries, inverters, serial numbers, installation configuration, production data, consumption data, operating status, alarms, diagnostic data and technical logs, where the Service includes monitoring, configuration or support features;
   • Mobile app technical data, including device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device identifiers, session data, diagnostics, crash reports and performance logs;
   • Push notification tokens, where you enable notifications;
   • Photos, files or documents that you voluntarily upload through the Service;
   • Social media profile information, only where you interact with us through social platforms or choose to use social login features;

3. Mobile App Permissions

   • Location: only where needed to support installation, configuration, service availability, mapping or similar features, and only according to the permissions granted by the user;
   • Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or local network access: where required to configure, connect or communicate with compatible devices;
   • Push notifications: to send service messages, alerts, reminders, technical notifications or account-related communications;
   • Internet access: to connect the app to Heiwit servers, cloud services, monitoring platforms and support systems.

   You can manage app permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work correctly if you disable permissions that are necessary for those features.

4. How We Use Your Information

   • To create, authenticate and manage user accounts;
