Innovation and Efficiency: Termoisover's photovoltaic-integrated project in Seregno
Between April and September 2024, in the city of Seregno (MB), in Via Matteotti, our partners in Thermoisover have realised an innovative intervention on a 17-unit apartment building, completed in 2025: a perfect mix of comfort, sustainability and energy saving.

North sideInstallation of a thermal insulation system with ventilated façade-guaranteed insulation, summer comfort and durability.

South side: construction of a photovoltaic facade (BIPV) with a total power of 26.25 kW on an area of 157,7 m², capable of generating clean and sustainable energy.
In addition, extraordinary maintenance was carried out on the interior façade, aimed at preserving its efficiency and structural functionality in the long term.
Technical Advantages of Thermal Insulation and Ventilated Facade
L’insulation is among the most effective solutions for improving thermal comfort in both new and renovated buildings. Applied externally, it eliminates thermal bridges, increases insulation and does not reduce interior space.
La ventilated facade, On the other hand, it exploits a double layer with an air gap that activates a natural chimney effect: in summer it decreases overheating, in winter it reinforces insulation, while also protecting against humidity, condensation and degradation over time.
