Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. Who operates the website

The website www.heiwit.com is operated by Heiwit S.p.A., with registered office at Via Carlo Robbioni 2, 21100 Varese (VA), paid-up share capital €120,000, registered with the Varese Companies Register, tax code and VAT number 03980400125, REA VA-393186. Heiwit is an innovative start-up registered in the special section of the Companies Register. Operational headquarters: Via Papa Giovanni XXIII 126, 21042 Caronno Pertusella (VA). Contact details: [email protected], telephone +39 0332 1730555.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, we ask you not to use it.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents Heiwit's products and services: sodium-ion batteries, hybrid inverters, AI-Care and related services. Heiwit does not sell online to consumers: products are purchased through installers in the Heiwit network, who prepare a quotation based on the system. Any prices shown on the website are recommended prices and do not constitute an offer to the public.

3. Technical information and product data

We publish technical data, test results and data collected from installed systems together with the date and source. The specifications that apply to a product are those set out in the datasheet and manual in force on the date of purchase. If a page of the website does not match the datasheet, the datasheet prevails.

Some pages describe products not yet on sale, stating when they will be. Until that date their specifications may change.

4. Calculators, simulators and configurators

The calculators, simulators and configurators on the website produce estimates based on the assumptions described on the page Methodology and assumptions used in the calculations and on the data you enter. They are guidance tools: they do not replace the design and sizing carried out by a qualified technician and do not guarantee any financial or energy outcome.

5. Incentives, tax and regulations

The pages on incentives, tax deductions and regulations provide general information, updated to the date shown on each page. The rules change often: before deciding, check your situation with a professional or with the competent authority.

6. Product warranty

The Heiwit commercial warranty is governed by the Warranty conditions, which are in addition to the rights granted to consumers by law and do not limit them.

7. Intellectual property and citations

The Heiwit trademark, product names, texts, images, graphics and software on the website belong to Heiwit S.p.A. or to their respective owners.

You may cite data, figures and short extracts from our content, including in articles, studies and responses generated by artificial intelligence systems, provided that you credit Heiwit as the source and, where possible, link to the page they come from. Reproducing entire content, images or documents requires our written consent.

8. Restricted area and installer portal

Restricted areas, including the installer portal, are intended for registered users only. Login credentials are personal: whoever receives them is responsible for their use and must notify us immediately if they suspect unauthorised use. The installer portal has its own terms, which prevail over these as regards its use.

9. Links to third-party websites

The website contains links to third-party websites, for example certification bodies, media outlets and social media platforms. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for the way they process data.

10. Liability

We maintain the website with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available and free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Heiwit is not liable for damage arising from the use of information on the website or from the inability to access it. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and does not reduce the rights granted to consumers by law.

11. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with a consumer, the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled has jurisdiction. For disputes with persons acting for professional purposes, the Court of Varese has exclusive jurisdiction.
