HEIWIT continues its path in the development of sodium ion storage systems, supporting companies that choose energy solutions oriented towards innovation and a more conscious use of energy.
One of the most recent interventions, carried out at Antico Borgo Brunelli, the first Albergo Diffuso in the Veneto Region. The structure is located in Conco, in the municipality of Lusiana Conco, in the province of Vicenza, and was created with the aim of representing a model of sustainable hospitality.
Right from the planning stage, Antico Borgo Brunelli focused on a plant engineering approach capable of operating without emissions into the atmosphere. At the same time, the structure reduces consumption thanks to the integration of advanced technologies and home automation management designed to optimise energy efficiency.
A configuration designed for a Albergo Diffuso
In order to meet the operational needs of a multi-building facility, the intervention included a tailor-made energy configuration. In particular:

the installation of an inverter with two HEIWIT sodium-ion batteries in the main building;

the installation of an inverter with a HEIWIT sodium-ion battery in the dependency;

an overall 30 kWh storage system, designed to ensure efficient management of the energy produced, in line with the organisation of the spaces and the utilisation flows of the facility.
Thanks to this configuration, the Albergo Diffuso can make the most of the available energy and adapt its use to different operational needs.

TES IMPIANTI ELETTRICI SRLS oversaw the installation of the HEIWIT storage system, taking care of the integration of the system into the specific context of the Albergo Diffuso. The company adapted the solution to the architectural characteristics of the structure, taking into account the distribution over several buildings and the needs for operational continuity.

For Antico Borgo Brunelli, the HEIWIT system was the answer to a long-standing quest: to find a concrete alternative to traditional lithium batteries.
