We are thrilled to announce an extraordinary achievement: in less than three months since the project was launched, Heiwit exceeded the 10 MWh of renewable energy produced, contributing significantly to a greener and more sustainable future. Thanks to the trust of our customers and supporters, we were able to achieve this goal in record time, proving that a large-scale energy transformation is possible.
This success represents much more than a corporate achievement. It means that in just a few weeks we have been able to save the environment 4,809.7 kg of CO₂., a significant amount which, when compared, is equivalent to almost 4000 km travelled by car or more than 20 adult trees planted and grown for a year. This result was only possible thanks to the passion and trust of those who believed in our project from the very beginning.

One of our goals for the future is to offer not only increasingly high-performance storage systems, but also to make our product globally accessible, with a widespread distribution and service network. We want to make Heiwit a benchmark not only for energy efficiency, but also for innovation and sustainability.
Technology and Innovation: The Features of Heiwit Batteries
Heiwit batteries, based on sodium ion technology, represent one of the most advanced and sustainable solutions available on the market. Here are some of the main features that make these batteries unique:
- Advanced Security: Our batteries are designed with attention to safety during use, within the limits stated in the datasheet (discharge from −25 to +60 °C, charge from 0 to +60 °C, indoor installation). Sodium-ion technology reduces the risk of overheating and combustion, although it is not zero.
- Long life: estimated life of over 6,500 charge and discharge cycles at 90% DoD with 70% residual capacity (NA-48V210Ah, layered-oxide cells), with low replacement and maintenance costs.
- Deep discharge: recommended depth of discharge of 90%, to use most of the battery's capacity.
- Abundant raw materials: the cells use sodium instead of lithium, and Heiwit batteries are designed to facilitate the recovery and recycling of materials at the end of their life.
