Fully electric house in Carcare: photovoltaic, Heiwit storage and heat pump for greater energy independence

7 July 2026 | Gallery installations

To eliminate gas and make one's home completely electric: this is the objective of the project carried out in Carcare (SV) by our premium partner. Ferrari Security Innovation & Service.

To meet the customer's needs, an integrated system has been installed, comprising a photovoltaic system with a 6 kWp, a storage system Heiwit 10 kWh, a heat pump, fan coil units and an electric boiler for domestic hot water production. A solution designed to maximise self-consumption of energy produced by photovoltaics, reduce grid draw, and increase the home's energy independence.

A solution that is also suitable for harsher climates

The plant was built in Carcare, in the Savona hinterland, an area characterised by particularly harsh winters. In this context, the integration of the Heiwit storage system guarantees reliable performance even at low temperatures (certified from -25°C to +60°C), ensuring comfort and efficiency all year round.
