Advantages of Heiwit sodium ion batteries
Becoming a Heiwit installer takes three steps: registration on the installer portal, verification of VAT number and ATECO codes, account approval. Once your account is approved, you can buy Heiwit batteries and inverters. There are no entry costs. To become a Heiwit certified installer, a fourth step is required: passing the free training course, lasting about two hours, and obtaining the certificate. Heiwit sells its sodium-ion batteries and hybrid inverters exclusively through the Heiwit installer network. End-customer enquiries collected through the website go only to the premium installers selected by Heiwit.
How to become a Heiwit certified installer in 4 steps
1. Register on the installer portal
Register at installatori.heiwit.com/register with your company details and the area in which you operate. For questions before registering, call 0332.1730555. Heiwit is looking for renewable energy professionals with consolidated market knowledge and a direct relationship with the end customer.
2. Verification of VAT number and ATECO codes
After registration, Heiwit checks your company's VAT number and ATECO codes.
3. Approval and first orders
If the check is successful, your account is approved. From that moment you can buy Heiwit sodium-ion batteries and Virgo and Lybra hybrid inverters. On the installer portal you will find the reserved price list and technical documentation. Support is handled directly in Italy; batteries and inverters carry a 10-year Heiwit warranty (for batteries, or 25 MWh delivered if sooner).
4. Course and certified installer certificate
To become a Heiwit certified installer you must pass the training course and obtain the certificate. To buy, an approved account is enough. The course is free. It lasts about two hours, plus a final question-and-answer session. It covers the Heiwit range, sodium-ion batteries and Virgo and Lybra hybrid inverters, and their installation. After the course, the recording and the slides remain available.
No lithium or cobalt
Our batteries use sodium, an abundant resource that eliminates dependence on lithium and cobalt, ensuring an easier supply and more competitive costs.

Who receives the customer enquiries collected through the website?
Only the premium installers selected by Heiwit. Enquiries do not go to all approved installers.
How do you become a Heiwit premium installer?
To become premium, an installer must pass the Heiwit Premium course and demonstrate that they have installed a number of Heiwit systems to a professional standard. The Heiwit Premium course is a free training course lasting about two hours. Those who pass it also obtain the certified installer certificate.
Who handles support and warranty?
Support is handled directly in Italy by Heiwit. Batteries and inverters are covered by a 10-year warranty.
