This token starts to exist when the system to which it belongs is connected to the grid and has a duration of 30 years. During this period, the owner of the token participates in the economic benefits produced by the entire system, in proportion to his share. In other words, owning a token HEIWIT means having a small part of a large solar plant and enjoying the profits generated by solar energy production for 30 years.

1. Do I have to change energy supplier to participate in the Photovoltaic Cloud?
Absolutely not! You will continue to have your usual bill and the energy produced by the PV Cloud will be monetised by Heiwit and you will receive a monthly transfer or as often as you like directly to your bank account (with a minimum of 10€).
2. How can I monitor the production and revenues of my Heiwit?
You can monitor your Heiwit tokens at any time by logging into your personal account on the website. You will be able to view the number of Heiwit tokens held, associated energy production, accumulated profits and future forecasts. There is also the dashboard public
3. How can I collect profits from my Heiwit?
The profits from your Heiwit are distributed periodically to your bank account. The frequency of the payments depends on the system with which your Heiwit are associated.
4. What happens if the renewable energy plant with which my Heiwit is associated breaks down?
In the event of a breakdown, the system will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Energy production and profit distribution may be temporarily interrupted, but the overall value of your investment will not be affected because even loss of production is covered by an insurance policy.
5. Can I sell my Heiwit at any time?
We guarantee on a best effort basis the repurchase of all Heiwit tokens at a predetermined price that decreases over time as the remaining life of the token decreases. The guaranteed sale price is always lower than the purchase price, but the revenues obtained in the meantime are maintained.
6. How does Heiwit work?
Heiwit is a simple and intuitive system. On our website you will find a FAQ section and a series of explanatory videos that will help you understand how Heiwit works in a clear and detailed manner. In addition, our team of experts is always available to provide assistance and answer your questions.
7. I am afraid of losing my money, are we sure that Heiwit works?

The installations are insured with all risk policies and have regular maintenance contracts. They are constantly monitored and managed by professionals.
8. How much do Heiwit cost?
Heiwit is an affordable investment for everyone. You can start purchasing Heiwit with small amounts and gradually increase your investment over time. On average, the cost ranges from €90 to €130 per token.
9. What differentiates Heiwit from cryptocurrencies?
Heiwit is not a speculative cryptocurrency, but a real token with a concrete underlying: an existing and functioning renewable energy plant. The value of Heiwit is linked to real energy production and not to unpredictable market fluctuations. Furthermore, the life of the token is linked to the life of the renewable energy generation plant, e.g. photovoltaic plants is 30 years.
