Who we address

Not all activities are eligible for the HEIWIT programme. There are certain conditions that must be fulfilled:

The company must own the roof with a minimum area is 800 m2
Having the roof in good condition
Must consume most of the energy produced by the plant

Renewable energy
without constraints

The company is focused on identifying sites industrialists suitable for the installation of photovoltaic systems, undertaking to cover all costs associated with such implementation. With the property owner, a fee is agreed for the surface right of the duration of 30 years and a power purchase agreement to sell the energy produced by the photovoltaic system.

The owner of the property after 5 years has the option of
purchase the system at an advantageous price.

Our Mission

Decarbonising energy

The HEIWIT project aims to achieve the ambitious goal of 100% of domestic electricity production exclusively from renewable sources. We recognise that the economic component in energy production plays a crucial role in realising this ambition. Although the ecological dimension is of fundamental importance, the environmental aspect alone is not sufficient to attract the necessary investment, despite the urgency of the decarbonisation.

Our goal is to ensure that investments in renewable energy are not only competitive but even more profitable than investments in gas, coal or oil-based production facilities. To achieve this goal, we are committed to creating highly optimised plants capable of supply energy directly where it is consumed, eliminating the waste associated with transmission over the network.

The core of our strategy is to realise over-optimised installations, which maximise efficiency and reduce costs, thus making investment in renewable energy an option that is not only ecologically responsible, but also extremely convenient, contributing significantly to the transition towards a more clean and sustainable.

Reducing CO2 emissions

Each kWp installed by HEIWIT corresponds to a reduction of 1,900 kG of CO2 emitted for energy production, equivalent to the annual consumption of a family of five people



Increased marginality for the company

The company that joins the HEIWIT programme has an immediate economic advantage without any investment. It also has the option in the fifth year to purchase the system installed on its roof
